Pet Walking Service Policies
1. Scheduling & Cancellations
Walks must be booked an hour in advance.
Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of service cost).
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
No refund once walker sends ETA
You may cancel the service, but once the walker is driving to location, no refunds
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking.
2. Key & Home Access
We require a secure way to access your home (key, code, lockbox).
All keys/codes are kept confidential and secure.
3. Liability
We are fully insured, but owners are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet to people, other animals, or property.
